Holy Smoke BBQ

Seated promptly, and the order taken, the BBQ Baby Back Ribs were fantastic! Smoke tasting, tender and a half a rack is plenty. The Cowboy Beans were exceptional and full of flavor!😋 They have some sausage in them but it's really the other ingredients that make them distinctly better than most I've tasted. Not the run of the mill Van Camp's. The side salad was fresh and the tea was good. My server had some trouble knowing what the dessert offerings were but I'd had plenty anyhow. Best BBQ I've had in awhile. Very good. Had a very nice chat with the friendly owner. I highly recommend Holy Smoke BBQ and if I'm in town again, I'll be back.

The whole experience was fantastic. Not too loud. The service treats you like family. And coming from a girl from Texas roots, the BBQ is here for the competition! Really enjoyed this whole experience despite having a somewhat troubling day trying to get out of the airport, these ladies and brisket was just what we needed!

Went on a Saturday evening and had no wait. Both of our waitresses were super nice and did everything right. I chose the all you can eat catfish dinner and it was surprisingly good. Tartar sauce was great as well, lots of dill. Hushpuppies and coleslaw tasted fresh and my green beans were even good. Definitely one of the best fish and chips you will find in the area. Not to mention its all you can eat. Wing Wednesday cant be beat. Best wings in the Tri-State, get the Garlic Parmesean!! My wife got the pulled pork sandwich with onion rings. She said it was very good but the onion rings weren't her favorite. Still very happy with her meal Looking forward to returning and trying something different. Lots of menu items to choose from. Plus maybe we will get to see our favorite person Emily.

Loved it! The wings was amazing! I had the pulled chicken sandwich that wasnt anything super special. But cant wait to try their pulled pork and brisket! The waitress was nice, the both was comfortable. I loved the style of everything. Prices was reasonable also they do a military discount. Would definitely give them a try!

Went to try the all you can eat Fish on Friday and it did not disappoint. Perfectly battered and well seasoned catfish. Crinkle fries are on point with a crispy yet soft center. The way they should be. Hush Puppies were also delicious but could use just a tweak on consistency and portion. Coleslaw was the way my mom would fix so I give it an A plus Tartar sauce yet a little different from traditional I would give an exceptional taste and won me over and they should bottle it up!
