Austin's Homemade Ice Cream

I have traveled all over this country quite a few times. The customer service from these young people is almost unmatched. It is 96° outside and these young kids are out there taking orders. I ordered a root beer float that took me back to the 60s when the root beer floats were made with real ice cream and real root beer. This might be the best ice cream shop in the country. Thank you so much for being so kind and taking me back to my childhood

Originated in 1947, home of the award winning chocolate! All ice cream is homemade , the grape pineapple and key lime pie is so amazing, The staff is always friendly and Taylor the manager is all about supporting the community.

Such amazing ice cream!! Definetly come to this one, its 10× better than the one in The Market. Its only open from like April-Oct but WOW is it worth the visit. Service is always friendly and fast, they have a drive-thru that usually has a line. I always get a large cinnamon milkshake and its always next level good. My only flaw about Austins is no public restrooms, if they had one it'd be a five star. I rank this one higher than The Market due to service, I've ran into more rude employees than good at The Market. Also feels the menu is more vast. Definetly recommend and can't wait till they open up again, I won't go to The Market location.

Nothing better than a treat from Austin's Ice Cream!! I had the sugar free vanilla raspberry swirl, and the dairy free oreo espresso. Would never know these were alternatives to "regular" ice cream. Absolutely delicious!!!

This is a MUST see/stop if you're in the area. AMAZING ice cream at a GREAT price! Yum! Be patient, as there's usually a LONG line here, for both the walk up window and drive thru!
