Holiday Inn Express Vermilion by IHG

I use Bob Smith due to too much spam left for my real name David Simoniello. This hotel will be my go-to stay since I visit Vermilion a couple times a year. Even though there are choices nearby Milan, Sandusky, Lorain an Amherst…… I believe for the value, service a cleanliness this Holiday Inn Express is top of the line! For me personally, the breakfast is a huge deal, and this hotel has one of the very best with all hot choices, along with its VERY CLEAN a choices are always full! A very big thanks goes out to “ “Tammy” for managing this area! Being an old GF’s name, it wasn’t hard to remember. Give her 100 ⭐️ s and a big raise! She deserves it!

Hotel is very comfortable. The front desk is very friendly especially Juanita...the coffee is delicious and available 24/7 BIG PLUS...breakfast has lots of options, bacon is very tasty...pool area is clean and not overly hot like others, very comfortable...room was clean, bed and pillows very comfortable and hotel was nice and quiet...if you want pizza nearby Galleys was the best I've had in a while...stayed here when I visited Rock and Roll hall of fame and glad I did

Positive: Hotel employee who greeted me when I arrived was very polite and professional. The breakfast was terrific, especially when you compare it with other comparable hotels. Hotel employee who kept everything supplied and was responsible for the kitchen. Negative: No.

Extremely attentive and professional staff made me feel welcome. My (no reservation) 1 night turned into 3 nights. Clean and modern, very convenient to both historic Vermilion and major SR 2.|Much of my interaction was with gentlemen named Trey. He represents Holiday Inn Express with pride. Front Desk also includes 2 ladies who I forgot their names ( Misty I think was one ), sorry ladies. They all rocked and made my stay easy and comfortable. 🙏

This is a well kept property with polite and friendly staff. The breakfast was great and their Costa coffee makes a delicious cup any time of the day. Our room was perfect and we had everything we needed. Everything was clean, fresh and inviting. If I wanted to be picky, the mat outside the main entrance needs to be replaced.
