I needed some documents notarized related to an out of town property sale and was frustrated when the notaries at two different businesses I drove to were unavailable. A friend had a series of strokes in a short period of time. When I went to visit him I was told that he needed 24/7 care and couldn't be released until that could be established. help. I contacted my friend's brother who lived 9 hours away. He had no idea the degree of damage the stroke had done and agreed to drive down that evening.
