Bread and Flours

I found here during my vacation in Palm Springs. Mostly I eat sourdough wholewheat or rye bread. Their sprouted sourdough bread is amazing. Bread is simple but Very flavorful . Even sweets breads are also so good. It’s definitely not cheap, but it worth to pay to enjoy high quality bread and sweets .

Bread and Flours is truly a gem! Kristin and Mark have created something really special, you can feel the care and passion in everything they do. We go every week, and it’s become one of our favorite spots. Everything is incredibly fresh and thoughtfully made. The selection is amazing, from their fresh-baked sourdough to their in-house soups, sauces, and pasta, all consistently delicious. They also have a really nice, curated selection of artisan goods that makes it hard to leave without picking up something new. We’re especially obsessed with the granola and the sliced Sammy, both are must-tries! It’s rare to find a place that combines such high-quality food with such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. This place ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. The owners and staff were genuinely kind, welcoming, and clearly so proud of what they create, that you can feel the care the moment you walk in. The bread is absolutely incredible: fresh, flavorful, and perfectly crafted. And the hummus? Unreal. Learning that it took over a year to perfect makes complete sense… it’s smooth, balanced, and unforgettable. This place is a true gem and a must stop if you’re in Palm Springs. We recommend it to all of our friends and family! Go early as they sell out!

Walking into Bread and Flours is like a European bakery experience. You are greeted with warmth, comfort food and creativity in bread, pastries and a host of other delicious treats. Yesterday I bought their new carrot dip, marinated olives, an herbed twisty bread, oatmeal raisin and ginger molasses cookies, sauerkraut, cinnamon raisin sourdough AND my go-to SoCal sourdough. Quite an eclectic mix! Everything is always amazing, and their attention to perfection is evident in all their creations. I live here six months of the year and can’t wait to get back to Palm Springs. Bread and Flours is part of my joy in homecoming!

Kristin and Mark are two extremely talented humans. Kristin is always warm and welcoming, and Mark makes incredible creations! Their website is transparent regarding ingredients and, as such, the baked goods are meant to be consumed, not saved. Eat while fresh and warm, and you won’t be sorry. My personal favs are the ginger molasses cookies and their amazing hummus. Sooo good. Very glad they are expanding their offerings, and hours! Thanks Bread and Flours!
