Unique sandwich shop with an interesting concept. The crepe with the cheese in the outside is great! I tried multiple options from the menu and all were good, but i think the pesto chicken is my favorite that i tried. One warning is that these are pretty greasy and heavy to eat. And the yerba mate drinks are on the sweet side. But when you are in the mood to indulge this is a great place to do so!

I don’t even remember how I stumbled upon Gabino’s, but I’m so glad I did. This place is now officially on my checklist for every visit Palm Springs. The concept of savory crepes is unique, and Gabino’s has truly mastered the art. I got the barbecue crepe and my wife had the pesto, and both were absolutely incredible. The crispy, cheesy exterior of the crepes is such a perfect touch. It’s so satisfying it almost brings a tear to your eye. Yes, the wait can be a little long, but once you have a crepe in your hands, it’s completely worth it. The flavors, textures, and craftsmanship make this spot unforgettable. I love this place and will be telling everyone I know to check it out. A true Palm Springs gem!

I don’t want to be dramatic but that may have been the best sandwiches we’ve ever had. The gluten free crepe is amazing with crispy seared cheese in the crepe. The shredded chicken is the perfect texture. The buffalo and bbq sauces are delicious. We’ll be dreaming about this sandwich for a long time. Treat yourself to amazing food!

Delicious crepes! We tried the Buffalo Chicken and Chicken Pesto, and both were packed with flavor. The crepe was a standout—the filling was perfectly crisp and incredibly crunchy with each bite. Everything tasted fresh, satisfying, and seriously good. 😋

If you only have time for one stop in Palm Springs, this HAS to be the one. I wish I could give them 10 stars. The BBQ chicken crepe absolutely lives up to the hype. Everyone working was friendly. Great experience here!
