Holcombe Guest House Bed & Breakfast

Located on beautiful Route 6 in the quaint town of Troy, PA., I stayed at this Inn over Memorial Day Weekend. The restored Victorian home is a charming B&B furnished with beautiful antiques and furniture. while providing all the modern conveniences as well. The home is warm and charming, just like the owners! They were friendly, hospitable and helpful. The gourmet breakfast - simply delicious! My room was clean, the linens top quality, the bathroom modern and clean, cable tv in a beautiful armoire, etc. I look forward to traveling back to Troy in a couple of months and most certainly look forward to staying here again - I highly recommend it!!!|

If you are traveling through the area, this is one of your best bets. It has consistently been clean, reasonably decorated and so comfortable! Each room does have its own bath, though the two rooms in front of the house has the bath connected. The others have their own bath just one room away. Not at all a problem. I am a real clean freak and the bathrooms were immaculate. Stayed in the brass room. The towels smell really good. Owners provide a decent continental breakfast, and coffee and drinks all day, but if you want something hot, the Troy Lunch, a block away, serves breakfast all day. In this area, this was a gem and I am so happy we had such a good, reliable place to stay! Wifi is always a plus and they had it. Walking distance to Martha Lloyd, if you're visiting family there

One of several properties that the owners have available for renting rooms. Host was very friendly and this house has nice bedrooms with modern bathrooms. Parking is available across the street in a church parking lot if the small driveway is full. Breakfast was self-service with a variety of cold food choices. The Edgewood Family Restaurant in Troy is recommended.

Very nice couple own this b&b. Everything was clean and sweet. I agree with another guest: Why would anyone ever stay in a hotel when there are bed and breakfast accomodations? I would have liked a hot breakfast, as that is usually one of the perks offered at such a place. All in all, a simple and delightful way to spend our evenings.

Loved the Holcombe House once again. We stayed there about 10 years ago and again last weekend. It has remained wonderful and Elizabeth the owner could not have been more accommodating. It’s clean, quaint, and beds are comfortable. I would highly recommend!
