Customer Reviews
A real nice place to eat in downtown Troy, Building 9 Grille serves up some tasty fare in a nice old building! The flatbread pizza was so delicious as was the homemade Mac and cheese! The server was very friendly and had our drinks and meals out quickly. We loved the atmosphere and the open front of the building that let a nice, enjoyable breeze into the restaurant!
Everything about this place was amazing! The waitress was hands down one of the best that I've ever had in my whole life and I don't even know what her name is to praise her. She was so attentive and immediately scored major points by bringing a new soda before my old one was empty. That is a very huge W in my book when someone anticipates your needs before you ask. I loved that. The food was on point. We had the pretzels and the pizza puffs as appetizers and then each got the cheese steak. We didn't wait long for anything, the place is clean and nicely decorated. I wish I had stopped here sooner. I'm in the area about once a month visiting a friend and cannot wait to go back next week and try the French onion soup before I head home. If I could give the waitress 10☆ I would. Than
This is the best thing I ever did for my mouth! I got the chicken wings salad with garlic on the chicken. That chicken was so juicy in garlic oil, it instantly made my tummy smile. Spouse got macaroni lobster and youngun got flatbread lobster. Both were lunch size portions, not too much.
What a gem! We were in town visiting a friend at the hospital and his wife recommended this place to us. If we were local, I guarantee we would be regulars! I loved the laid back vibe and thought it was fantastic that the owner stopped by our table to see how everything was. Everything looked good but we finally narrowed it down to two things and agreed to switch plates halfway through - fish and chips and the buffalo chicken mac and cheese. Both were delicious and the portions were just right. Highly recommend!
This place is so cute and nice! I love the garage doors that are the windows. It’s very bright with lighting, the music is current, also the prices on the food are very fair for the portions you get.
