HOKKAIDO SUSHI

Listen - We are sushi maniacs. You name it in the Denver metro, we’ve eaten it. All you can eat sushi (AYCE) should not be expected to be premiere sushi. If you want premiere, go to a non-AYCE joint. We were blown away by the quality, quantity, price and variation available here. The service was exceptional. Truly, the only down side was the noise level once the restaurant filled up by 6pm (tip - get there before 5:00). We were pleasantly surprised that they not only had snow beauty sake, but they had it in the large bottle! Unheard of! We are so happy to have a quality AYCE place close to home so that we don’t have to go to “the other place” all the way in Thornton and wait in line for a lower quality meal. Welcome to Lafayette! Hokkaido Sushi is an absolute gem! The food is incredible—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared every time. The sushi quality is outstanding, especially for the price. It’s one of those rare places where you get amazing sushi without feeling like you overpaid. What really makes this place special, though, is the service and atmosphere. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the restaurant has a relaxed, inviting vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. After going there just once, they remembered my name the next time I walked in—that level of personal service really stood out to me. If you’re looking for fresh sushi, great prices, and a friendly atmosphere, you absolutely have to try Hokkaido Sushi. It’s quickly become one of my favorite spots!

I am so happy this place opened in Lafayette. It's better then any other Sushi place around here. I love the 'All you can Eat'. I get to try different things each time. The service is super nice and very fast. It has a nice modern ambiance. The Sushi Chefs are great. Check this place out 😊👍

This place is a true gem in Lafayette! We wanted to try a new sushi spot and ended up at Hokkaido- and we’re so glad we did. The all-you-can-eat sushi was fantastic! Everything was fresh, tasty, and served in generous portions. The Happy Roll, Red Dragon Roll, Lobster Roll, Mayflower Roll, and the Nigiri were all absolutely wonderful. The staff was super attentive and friendly. They even brought out a cheesecake and sang happy birthday to my partner! Such a thoughtful touch. We’ll definitely be back. You won’t be disappointed!

I had a fantastic experience at Hokkaido Sushi. The atmosphere is cozy and modern, making it a great spot whether you're out for a casual dinner or something special. The staff was super friendly and attentive without being overbearing, which I really appreciated. The sushi was the highlight—everything tasted incredibly fresh and was beautifully plated. I tried a mix of classic nigiri and specialty rolls, and each one was flavorful and well-balanced. Even when it got busy, service stayed quick and smooth, and the whole meal felt relaxed. Overall, Hokkaido Sushi impressed me with its quality, service, and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back!
