Such delicious donuts from caring business owners! 5/5 customer service. I was given this month's speciality donut to try for free (a mochi banana donut which was crunchy, fluffy, and had a fresh banana taste) while I looked through the rest of their offerings. Mochi-style donuts are now my favorite. Skipped the Sunday morning line at Otis and just got Otis coffee here too. Next time I will try the Thai Iced Coffee!

These doughnuts are amazing! They are fresh, light, and the flavors taste natural. The person working there today was so kind and friendly. I will definitely be back. She can make your doughnuts to order. Enter where it says, 'The District'. Highly recommended. These doughnuts feel and taste special. 😀

I have been looking for a great donut shop in the area for a few years now. Finally found my go-to shop! The donuts are delicious, fresh, and high quality. There are also unique flavors that are amazing and made with all natural ingredients. I usually hate cake donuts but these were fluffy, light, amazing icing, and the best I have ever eaten in 28 years. The owner is so kind! Please check this place out. It’s in a cute little shopping center.

Great fresh mochi donuts, the cinnamon sugar one is my favorite! This place has fast service - I usually get my donuts within 10 minutes and there's rarely a line around 9-10 am.

As a Snorlax, I really love donuts but this place has the best French Crullers in the world. 🤤 Donuts made fresh and my Thai Iced Green Tea was amazing. 🤩 The servers were so kind too. ❤️
