everyone NEEDS to come here!! not only is the food absolutely delicious but the atmosphere and service is so welcoming and attentive. Adam is such a sweet owner who makes my experience so enjoyable every time. the website to order makes it so convenient for pickup which you don’t see often for food trucks which i really like. 1000/10 i always come back for more!! my favorite falafel EVER!

Cheers to Adam’s one man show at Falafayette. As a huge fan of chef Alon Shaya’s restaurants in New Orleans, Covington, and Denver, I was pumped to try Falafayette, when I heard their hummus was just as good as Safta, Shaya, and Tavi. Tonight, our family took a vote: Falafayette is truly THE BEST! That’s a heavy lift! Well done. Never buying grocery store hummus again, in the Boulder area. Love seeing local businesses like this one thriving. THANKS!

I ordered catering for our corporate event from Falafayette on short notice. Not only did Adam come through with all the items requested, the food was OUTSTANDING! Some of the best falafel’s I’ve ever tasted and the vegan chocolate mousse went beyond expectations. Would definitely order again and highly recommend them for their food and great friendly service.

5 stars is not enough!!! Everything about this food truck brought me back to the streets of Israel. The falafel is perfectly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and packed with flavor. The hummus is incredibly smooth and creamy, and the halva was so rich and flavorful—it honestly blew me away. This is easily the best falafel and Mediterranean food you’ll find in Colorado! I was absolutely blown away not just by the food, but also by Adam, the owner—the most generous and caring person you’ll come across. I will 100% be back again!

I just had the best falafel I’ve ever had in Colorado! And this is coming from someone who was born and raised in Israel. Adam was awesome. Very friendly service. The food was amazing. I would highly recommend checking this place out and I will definitely be back. Thanks Adam!
