I honestly had such a great experience at Hirame Sushi. From the second we walked in, everyone was welcoming and upbeat. You can tell the team really cares about the place. The food was amazing — super fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The sushi tasted incredibly fresh, and everything came out quickly without feeling rushed. Every roll we tried was delicious.

This family run business is an amazing spot for newcomers to the area. There were these three young teenage boys that were very helpful and very responsible. These boys kept asking if I needed anything asking if the food was well and of course I answered yes. The food and management was very great. 10000/10. Would 100% recommend.

I went with my family- husband, kids, grandparents. The food was delicious and everyone was satisfied with their order. We were so well taken care of by the staff, we felt like a treasured guest in their home. Will definitely go back!

Best Japanese restaurant in Yorktown! Never seen such a fat shrimp tempura and fresh salmon this far from ocean :) servicing staffs are very friendly and the owner is on sight to make sure everything is right. Came with no expectation but came out with satisfied customer! Definitely a repeat custome!
