Primal Bowls

This was my first time trying açaí bowls. Today I tried the calypso with some Nutella, and it was a wonderful experience! I think it is fairly priced, and the decoration was very charming.

I decided to try Primal Bowls after a consistent recommendation from a local resident I do business with. As a Tropical Smoothie fan, I was excited to support another local spot and try something new while I was in the area. The establishment itself is beautiful and has a charming, welcoming aesthetic. However, I did want to share some feedback about my experience with the staff member working this morning. Unfortunately, her demeanor came off as quite unwelcoming. I understand we all have off days, but at 8am, her energy felt particularly disengaged and even a bit dismissive. When I asked a few basic menu questions, her responses were curt and carried a tone that felt unnecessarily condescending, as if I should have already known the answers. A beautiful hidden gem in Yorktown with an inviting atmosphere, delicious and piping hot coffee (I got a cinnamon latte and my husband had spiced brown sugar), and a yummy and generously sized avocado toast. Next time I will need to have an açaí bowl but glad we came in. Great for a breakfast meeting, doing some work or even bringing kids!

The best place ever , food 100% , service 100%. The workers are so good and excellent customer service. The manager is awesome. I totally I recommend this place.
