Libri is very cute. the bookstore theme, the aesthetic, and the overall idea are charming. That said, the experience completely fell flat. I went in intending to order a flavored matcha, which is listed on their website and reflected on the menus available to scan in-store. I was told they only have plain matcha with no flavor options. When I then asked for a coffee recommendation instead, the barista wasn’t able to suggest anything. my friend on the phone, who was able to hear my interaction with the barista, was also confused to not having items listed on the online menu. Other matcha option were not offered. only main coffee flavors were offered. Paying $6 for a small coffee feels unreasonable, especially when the menu appears much more expansive online and on social media than what’s

It has a cute and cozy concept and was nice for a visit, but feels like it is still a work in progress. I got excited for the different drinks (specifically more than 3 different kinds of matchas) that were listed on their website but only a plain hot or iced matcha were available in store per the listed menu. I ordered a hot matcha and a large black coffee, and pricing was okay, you do get charged extra for non-dairy milks. The male barista was very curt in our interaction. There was a great variety of books, the music was nice and not too loud, and there was an adequate amount of table seating for the space. Overall I would visit again, but I hope they have updated their menu in store to reflect what is on their website.

Customer service could have been better. It seemed we were bothering the gentlemen behind the counter kist being there. Asked about prices for books and was given a very vague answer, books on that wall are new and these books are used and cheaper, is what I was told. My friend ordered the tuna wrap and there were more onions than anything else, she could. It finish it. The red velvet cake slice was rock hard from probably sitting out too long. My turkey sandwich was sub par and not worth almost $13. The matcha was good although they were out of almost all the flavors you can add to it. Parking lot is tiny and very tight. The book selection was decent. The decor was cute and cozy and plenty of seating at the time I was there. I would have had a better time at Barnes and noble with starbuck

This place is a must! Local or not local everyone should go and visit! The atmosphere it’s just perfect for relaxing while sipping a delish premium coffee with a book by your side but also the food its so tasty, personally i love the sandwich “the illyrian way” andddd “the game game of toast”. Then the cherry on top are the desserts that i can’t name one because i love many of them. Let’s not forget the owners and the baristas are so friendly and welcoming!

Incredible space. They do podcasts and book signings all with some of the best coffee and atmosphere I've experienced. I came in on a whim and glad I did. Hope my travels bring me back here
