Hilo Siam Thai Restaurant

Hilo Siam is my favorite Thai restaurant! If I could eat here everyday, I genuinely would. The portion size is great and for an affordable price, plus the food is always ready for pickup within 10 minutes of ordering. I recommend this place to everyone. There isn't much seating inside since it is a small room, but I prefer doing takeout anyways. I think they make the best Pad Thai in all of Hilo. I love this place and I will be coming here forever. The Pad Thai is also gluten free too!

We were enroute to volcano national park and wanted to eat Thai and found this place on the maps. Very small restaurant that seats 6 people so unsure how i saw a big restaurant pictures! Anyways the service was prompt and food delicious. We were so glad we stopped. We tried the cucumber salad, the mixed vegetable curry and eggplant stir fry with tofu. The food was so fresh and on point. If we were living in the area, I would have been a regular.

This is a small but excellent Thai restaurant. We tried the chicken fried rice and Panang curry and were impressed by the flavor, size and quality on the dishes. The owner was friendly and they’ve been there for decades! Highly recommended

We were near Hilo in the afternoon and were interested in eating Thai for lunch as we ran of options. Hilo Siam was a nearby and highly rated restaurant which we found on Google and so we went there for lunch along with my family. We ordered Tofu basil fried rice, Chicken Basil fried rice and Chicken Pad Thai and the level of spice was hot which was way more than hot we find in other Thai food places but the food was yummy, portion size was good enough.

Nice friendly service. Clean restaurant convenient to Downtown Hilo. Had the Coconut Chicken soup and the Pad Thai chicken noodles. Both were good. Also had the Thai ice tea and was good. I would recommend 👌 this restaurant for good Thai food. Close to the Hilo open product market so you could take care of your produce shopping while having lunch. This restaurant is not very crowded as we were the only customers at 11 am Monday.
