Hilo Burger Joint

We stopped by today for some burgers to go, burgers were a 5 star, fries were 3 stars, service was 5 star. Our server was amazing, she sat us down, brought us ice water, treated us to a lovely moment where she visited a very well behaved doggo at the next table, brought him some fries. They sent our orders in boxes, they were for seltzer I believe, very handy. I had the Caprese Burger, Ciabtta bun, tasty burger, nice mozzarella, large tomatoe slice, very ripe. I'd have had it again for dinner if we were close. We are spoiled, we get beef from my first cousin and the ground beef is amazing. This patty was a close second. The Balsamic reduction was the kicker.

I had a really good burger. They have a lot of specialty burgers to choose from. My wife had a nice salad. We stopped in for lunch, so I'm not sure how busy it is at night. I highly recommend lunch here. I requested medium well burger and it was cooked perfectly.

Awesome burger variety and everything was delicious! Our server was so kind and attentive, especially helpful as our group had lots of questions due to some dietary limitations. We came in 20min before closing and stayed nearly an hour past, but everyone was very understanding about it and accommodating.

Pretty legit spot. Big menu with a bunch of fun burgers to try and a nice sized beer list. Staff was super pleasant. Go Pack!

Nice little burger joint, Burger was cooked exactly how I liked it and how I asked for it. Bun was just right. Friendly waitress named ILA. Bathroom was clean as well.
