Highway Deli Mart

Surprisingly well stocked little market with great hot coffee first thing in the morning. The proprieter was helpful and friendly. Tucked into a side street in downtown Tulelake, I recommend a visit.

Stopped for donuts while passing through. Most donut shops are decent however the donuts I bought had a very strange flavor and after taste. I really can't explain it. But none of us liked the donuts. I don't know if this place is popular or not but I can say if I'm ever back in the area I won't be stopping there.

Used to be one of my favorite places, however after going in there twice in the past week and the employees letting people jump me in line and refusing service to me over them especially when I had been waiting for minutes beforehand, I will no longer be shopping there
