High's Cafe & Store

I’m so in love with just about everything on their menu. The recipes and flavors are exactly the same as 10 years ago when I last visited. 🥰 This time we got our favorites, the muffuletta, crab cake, pickled veggies, chicken Chili soup. Wish I coulda taken 5 other items to-go. Great atmosphere and super friendly staff. Patio was nice even at 93°.

Nice, helpful, friendly, service. Food was excellent. Relaxed atmosphere, don't be in a rush. Good desserts too! Price was fair.

We stopped in for a Friday business lunch and the service was a little slow but worth the wait. I enjoyed the Rueben Sandwich and a cream cheese bar. Sandwich was good but the desert was 🔥

A very quaint place! The food is delicious! Fresh ingredients in our lunch plates. We had the salmon sandwich and the caprese salad. The place has sitting indoors and outdoors. Since we had our dogs, we sat outdoors! To our surprise they have fresh water for dogs outside! Too kind! We will definitely return!

Just fantastic. The ladies working the counter we absolute dolls and the food is fantastic. The food is so fantastic that my wife and I ate there 2 days in a row. Like I said, everything was great but the mufaletta sandwich was my favorite. My wife skipped around on the menu but everything she had was great. From the Arti Havarti sandwich to the soups you won't be disappointed. I am so mad at myself for not getting the peoples names but they were all great. The older gentleman was really nice. I assume he was the owner but whoever he was he and they made it an enjoyable and memorable dining experience. If you're ever in Comfort Texas you should check out High's Cafe.
