We had a girls trip of 12 stay in August for 3 nights. This beautiful home was beyond and above their expectations. Outdoor area with a pool and hot tub was perfect. Thank you Ella and Joe Gay for the wonderful hospitality. My family of 14 also stays here every October for a family Reunion and we just love and look forward to the accommodations each year. This was a girls' getaway for me with my two out-of-state daughters. We chose this establishment because there was a room that fit the three of us (not always easy to find), great reviews, and we love old houses. This did NOT disappoint! Our hosts were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. Our room worked well and there are several common areas to sit (and in our case, play board games). My girls enjoyed the hot tub. The location between Boerne and Fredricksburg is great and it is not too far from San Antonio. We will definitely return if our travels bring us back this way. Highly recommend if you like old houses!

I don't even know where to begin. We had the most wonderful stay at Holekamp Guest Haus. It's by far the best B&B we've ever stayed at, and we've stayed at quite a few. It's just 20 minutes from everything and the perfect location to visit Fredericksburg, Boerne, and Kerrville, and only 45 minutes from busy San Antonio. The grand home is decorated so beautifully with impeccable attention to detail. Every little amenity you could think of was taken care of, the rooms were clean and the bed was super comfy. A different delicious breakfast was prepared every morning. We enjoyed everything from omelets, bacon, french toast, waffles, pancakes, toast,and a refreshing berry compote with fresh homemade whipped cream to go on top! Simply amazing! It was a perfect stay for eight of us! Beautiful two story Victorian mansion, decorated with a designer's touch. Six bedrooms with modern baths, comfortable beds, large televisions and high speed WIFI. The kitchen had all we needed for meals and our evenings were spent at the large picnic tables on a lovely patio surrounding the pool and hot tub. The owners, Joe and Ella, helped create a memorable experience for our Covid delayed wedding celebration. If you are in need of accommodations in Comfort or anywhere nearby, please be assured you will love the Holekamp Guest Haus.

Fantastic rooms, fabulous hosts, and a delicious breakfast. The Holekamp Guest Haus has it all. We had a relaxing weekend out in Comfort. It was so lovely to be welcomed into a HOME and pampered for the weekend. They have a great fire pit outside, we were able to sit out and relax. Breakfast was catered to our specific requests and delicious and fresh. They definitely get all the details and know how to create a welcoming atmosphere. Great for a romantic getaway or a trip with family!
