High Rise Apartments

Had an 89 year old gentleman who was only living there for a month and a half kicked out unlawfully and is now not allowed to return to gather his items. The lady that runs this horrible place threatened to call the police on an 89 year old man that was hospitalized for having strokes because for some reason, only god knows why, she didn’t want him there. Left him on the street to fend for himself. Dont ever give this place your buisness, it’s full of greed and hatred towards the community it’s “trying” to help. Disgraceful behavior. Hope a new owner with much better morals comes along.

After 9 years being a tenant I was evicted for being rude to staff she'd just hired. Clearly time has no effect on tenant landlord relations. She called dcf on me multiple times on unsubstantiated allegations and accused another resident of doing so which I'd later find out was indeed herself. Integrity-0 Honesty-0 pokerface- Perfect-10. She left me and my children without a home in a 1 parent household I assume because I'd filed for disability. That or because she doesn't like children. Either way..... run.

The reason I am giving my rating a 3 star cuz I have tried for years to get in this place being disabled and low income and they treat me like they don't care about me or others, no matter how nice I was to them. And then it is so hard to even get into this place cause they ask u every thing in your life to show proof of. And my God the waiting list or to even get in is ridiculous. Plus they are very picky about who and what kind of person you are..Any body like me good luck trying cause it is very hard to even get into this place... Plus your lucky if they even call you to even let you know if you even have apartment to live in...

They are all nice to you when you are filling out paper work to getvin but once your in and 3 weeks go by they Discriminate you on you disability on how you talk and on your age they will treat you like you trash no respect and they choose favorite and the favorite will snitch ( we are not in pre -k come on ) I would give zero stars cuz how they run this place and it has bugs and they are hypocrites they say one thang that you can't do but others can..... all I'm saying is don't live here it's not a good place

Very nice clean apartments. Great if you don't have much beyond furniture. Price is based on your income. Enjoyed tour at open house.
