Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet

I went to Hibachi Grill Buffet in Orange for lunch on my birthday with a friend. The place was quite busy, and they had a good variety of food, mostly fried items and seafood. Since it’s a buffet, you serve yourself, and the staff mainly just clear plates after you’re done. What I found uncomfortable was how the waitresses kept staring at us, almost as if they wanted us to leave soon. After about an hour, one of them even came to ask if we were finished, even though I believe customers get around two hours to dine. When I asked for the cheque, the waitress specifically asked for an 11% tip and refused to let me choose a different amount, which I found very unprofessional. Overall, the food was decent if you like fried seafood, but the service experience made it less enjoyable.

Worst customer service EVER!!! I went to break my fast for ramadan at this restaurant and got rushed to pick our selection of foods. Me and my friend were getting stares from a staff member (will insert a picture of this said staff member below) it was an uncomfortable experience overall. Food was mediocre, and we will definitely not be coming back here again. We were rushed out and abruptly told to leave a tip even though our server was HORRIBLE!!! I wish we could have spoken to a manager about this, i cant express my frustration enough. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Not worth the $23.

If you're looking for a buffet with good food and good sushi. I highly recommend this establishment.

I've gone here a lot over the years and I've enjoyed their food. However, the constant filling of being watched like I'm a running out on the food. It's giving a little racist. Also, I've had a period where I would just paid for my food upfront just so I didn't have to be harassed. I will say, though I do like the new upgrade it looks a lot better..

We stopped here because we were really hungry and wanted some variety. This place was terrible. Most of the food was fried and the hibachi was trash. The guy that was supposed to be cooking the hibachi was so busy on his phone, that the hibachi was overcooked and the egg was a fried mess. They really need to clean the soda lines because the soda taste like mold. Then they had a whole construction site down near the hibachi station on the way to the bathrooms. I will NEVER eat here again. I don't recommend anyone go here, until that get there crappie in order!🤢🤮
