Been coming here for Thanksgiving pies a long time, but every year they get worse. This year was the straw that broke the camel's back. The owner doesn't have a clue when it comes to customer service. Never has and never will. If you place an order, you'd better write it down because they don't have any way to check or track it. Last I checked, this is the 21st Century, right? Well, apparently, they still operate without computers. I placed my order two weeks ago but forgot to write it down or put it on my calendar. So, I called this morning to confirm my order and pickup time and was told by the owner they couldn't check or track it. When I questioned it, she reiterated (very rudely) what she'd already stated and then abruptly hung up on me before I could get another word in. I assumed I

Ordered 6 dozen chocolate chip cookies for a birthday celebration. They were boxed and ready to go when I got there. They even wrote happy birthday on the box. Everyone loved the cookies, tasted great! Thank you. Will definitely come back to order from here again.

I bought a cake for my son’s first birthday and had already sent them every detail about how I wanted it. However, when I went to pick it up, it was completely wrong and looked like a five-year-old had made it. I had bought decorations, so I fixed it myself. Even the logo on the cake was incorrect. They told me they couldn’t find it and then found it right away on their phone when I was there. To top it off, the cake had no taste whatsoever and was very dry. I am extremely disappointed and will definitely not be buying from this place again.
