Absolute the best taco truck in Nashville. 5 Stars for Food Quality, Menu Creativity, and Authenticity. I am addicted to the Barbacoa Tacos, add Avocado, with a side of Consommé. My most recent trip, I was encouraged cheerfully by the sweet cashier to branch out & chose Fish Tacos instead. OMG!!! They are super incredible. Definitely get the slaw. Also… I finally tried the Fried Bananas- absolutely incredible! I grew up eating Cuban fried plantains in Florida. These are very different than those. They have sour cream, queso fresco, and are carmelized to perfection: I can’t wait to try the Breakfast menu. I believe they serve it all day… ALSO! Do not miss out on homemade Agua Frescas. My absolute favorite is the Tamarind, it paired so well with the fish. Their Horchata and Jamaica are equal

Got this place for delivery today, so good. I couldn't add notes to send green sauce so I called and they sent me a big thing of green sauce (love them for that). I tried the pambazo sandwich for the first time, definitely recommend. I just had to warm it in the air fryer for a bit since the bottom was soggy by the time it got to me. Tacos dorados and taco de barbacoa on point. Will definitely be a go to place for me.

Very friendly and tasty, I enjoyed the fish tacos very much. My daughter had chicken burrito and fries. The fries were seasoned well and the burrito was large and stuffed with much chicken rice and cheese. There are some other items that look worthy also.

Perhaps the worst quesobirria tacos I have ever had. The tortillas had no color, wasn't fried with no texture. The Consome was bland and had half a diced raw onion in it. The tamale was huge! But was unfortunately 95% corn meal. There's easily 2 other taco trucks in Hermitage that are way better.
