Wonderful experience at this location! Food quality is very consistent, everything is fresh made to order. The staff are pleasant and knowledgable. I love coming here for their great specials and fair pricing.
This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered a garlic chicken pizza without tomatoes from this location, and when I go to pick it up, every single time there are tomatoes on my pizza. (Current picture is my order, showing no tomatoes, and the order I got, clearly with tomatoes. I wish what I put in my order online was actually acknowledged, especially for someone with an allergy or trying to avoid a certain ingredient. Overall it’s fine. But I don’t recommend this location.
The pizza is a million times better than all of the other pizza places. The process is super easy to order and the pizza is always ready waiting for pickup. The price is also amazing considering the quality and size of pizzas you can order. Really wish more people in TN would order Papa Murphy's in instead of their competition.
The pizzas were delicious, the staff at the Hermitage location was friendly and helpful, and the price was perfect. I tried using the app at first, it's terrible. Just use the website.
Quick and easy ordering online. Pizza was ready and fresh at pick up time. Location clean with friendly service. Thin and crispy crust with Alfredo sauce, chicken, creamy garlic, and extra mozzarella cheese tasted fantastic! TY
