Fast-casual Mediterranean done right. The food was unreal, the service was great, and everything came out quick. Pro tip: come with friends so you can order multiple dishes; you’ll want to try everything. Fan favorite: the Crunchwrap Supreme 🌯 Stuffed with lamb shawarma, potatoes, toum, crunchy pita chips, and more. This was full-on flavor. Every element worked perfectly together, from the pickles to the meat. Truly addictive. Other mains: • Peri Peri Chicken Sandwich – juicy, spicy, insanely flavorful, and easily one of the best chicken sandwiches in the city. • Lamb Shawarma Wrap – all the essentials of a perfect wrap. The toum absolutely steals the show, the lamb is perfectly seasoned, and the wrap comes out crispy for the perfect crunch. Last but not least: the Kunafa Pancake 🥞 Not

I've had their food at smorgasburg before (shawarma pizza and regular shawarma) and made a point to visit their store when I got a chance. We drove from Long Island, and we are so glad we made the trip because the food is great and very innovative. We ordered a bunch of stuff: chicken shawarma platter, Crunchwrap supreme, piri piri chicken sandwich, and the weekend special which was a smoked brisket and cheese sandwich with eggs. My fave of all was the chicken sandwich; it was the perfect spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken was juicy, crispy, and the piri piri sauce had the perfect touch of heat. The toum inside added a sharp savoriness that complemented the sandwich well. The Crunchwrap supreme was also good, but it did fall apart a little because it was so full (which is not a bad thing

Hands down one of the best meals I had in 2025 and one of the best meals I've ever had in New York City. This place is SPECIAL. I first learned of Chef Tony in 2020 during the height of the pandemic. I was recovering from almost dying of COVID and was spending more time on social media. I know it sounds ridiculous but I actually added "eating this fried chicken sandwich" to my bucket list of things I would do if I recovered 😅. I had no idea when it would happen but I knew I had to have it. Let me tell you, almost 5 full years later fully recovered and happily married to a New Yorker (I'm from Arizona by the way), I walked into this restaurant with my husband. Do you know how good the food has to be for it to go on my bucket list, much less stand up to the slow burn anticipation of over 5

Really cozy little spot! The place is small but super welcoming. The pancakes are huge — definitely something to share. They come with a good amount of cheese, though the batter could be a bit moister. There’s this aromatic flavor that makes them a little different — depends on your taste, but I kinda liked it. The chicken sandwich was awesome, and the service was great too. Everyone there was super nice and friendly.

Have wanted to visit here for over a year and it did not disappoint. The best schwarma I've ever had, hands down. Every ingredient is perfect, down to the crunch of the pickles. The guy at the counter was awesome and gave me a free sample of the lamb just so I could try it Not to be missed
