Havre de Grace Library

The library is wonderful. It has an entire play place dedicated to children under the age of six that includes a boat a clubhouse and other fun things for them to explore. The library staff is always very helpful and pleasant. There's some play stuff for children over the age of six, and entire floor dedicated to iPads and technology tools for children to use, and a teen center that is sectioned off as well. They have tons of age-appropriate books. We absolutely love going there.

Not only one of the most beautiful buildings on the inside, this library also has the most impressive children’s play area I have ever seen. My 2 and 4 year old absolutely loved it!! There is a little kitchen/diner, wooden blocks, magnetic blocks, dress up clothes, and area for crawlers, a ship helm and mast (that can be climbed!), maps, a treehouse, and so much more including a great little family restroom. I could not believe how amazing this play area was. The inside of the building has huge exposed beams and is so clean and well-kept. It is absolutely gorgeous. Well worth a visit.

Branch library serving the Havre de Grace community with a focus on quiet study, reading, and reference services. The space is orderly, well maintained, and used regularly by residents during weekdays and after school hours.

Schooner Cove is an adorable and thoughtful space for small children and their adult(s). Thankful for such a wonderful place!

This library is a lot of fun. The architecture is interesting. They have plenty of interesting materials to check out. The employees are really helpful.
