Haven Hot Chicken

Spotlessly clean inside. great chicken. Kind and friendly staff. Haven hot is HOT but flavorful, definitely worth it if you can take the heat. Don't miss the pudding, it's really good!

Really good chicken spot! The chicken is thick and juicy and has a great flavor. Fries were nice and crispy and you get a lot, the tenders were also good crispy and juicy as well! The ranch is delicious. Prices were a bit high in my opinion close to restaurant prices and they don’t even have a big space to be able to sit down and enjoy your meal. Other then that the staff was very nice and food comes out quickly!

Lady at the counter was personable. Got the loaded fries, some of the best flavor balance on ingredients, the chicken was slightly dry but almost not noticeable because of the sauce everywhere and the pickles. A+ on portion size. Can’t do better for the price, good experience.

I came in because my job was extremely busy and I didn't want to wait. I decided to give Haven Hot a chance.. I ordered an extra Tendie did not receive it, I ordered 2 extra toast and they are burnt and smell like a chimney. Why would they think it's ok to serve that? Customer Service I didn't see it

I had a bad experience at North Haven location with the Wrap I purchased, it was only crust instead of any chicken. I was very disappointed.. I did not want to happen that again so I mentioned it to Mellaine M and she took great care of it and did not charge me for it as well.. she did not have to do it, I loved Haven Hot so I just wanted a good one for future, but she took extra care of it and went above and beyond to make sure everything goes well. There was another gentleman who was also very friendly and went above and beyond in his customer service. Im very happy with the staff and service they provided. Thank you
