Haven Hot Chicken - Franklin

We had our first try of Haven for a Sunday lunch. The staff is welcoming and helpful and provided good advice on heat levels. The mild was tangy and flavorful. The medium was spicy but not uncomfortable (at least to me), I plan to try hot next time. The sandwiches are excellent. The chicken is crispy and moist. The pickles and coleslaw make it an excellent choice. They provide fountain and bottled beverage options. The fries were good and I preferred the spicy ones. The dining area is not very large and they seemed to do quite a bit of take out. There is a free parking lot, but it can be busy. Excellent hot chicken. I’ll definitely go back!

I heard Haven Hot Chicken was opening a location in MA near my office and I had to go try it out. When I walked in, the store was very clean and presented well. A member of the staff greeted me at the counter and gave me some solid advice about the spice levels. The food came out quick and was hot, juicy and flavorful. The "Rob Sauce" and Honey Mustard were excellent compliments. The mac & cheese tasted amazing with great flavor. I can't wait to come back and try this new addition to Franklin!

Haven Hot Chicken in Franklin was fantastic! Even though they were clearly busy, the staff’s turnaround time was impressive and everything came out fresh and hot. Customer service really stood out multiple team members (shoutout Jake) checked in to make sure everything was good, which made the experience feel welcoming and well-run. The quality of the meat was juicy, tender, and perfectly cooked(shoutout to the chefs!) You can tell they care about both the food and the customers. I’ll definitely be back!

Haven Hot Chicken> Dave's Hot Chicken. It's crispier, more flavorful, and better seasoned. Their signature "Rob sauce" is like Cane's sauce so it's awesome, but their house ranch was even better. Even the bread is better because it's buttery and garlicky as opposed to plain. Fair warning though, their hot is as spicy as Dave's extra hot so pick a spice level lower than what you think might be too spicy (I almost picked the extra hot, thankfully I didn't).

Tasty chicken sandwich! Tried “The Sandwich” medium spice (using a recently received coupon) and it was very good, it did pack a little heat! The chicken was nice and crispy and I loved the pickles, sauce and slaw that was on the sandwich. The staff was super friendly, offered me a banana pudding sample and even threw some fries in my order because it was my first time and they were a bit slow, it being after the lunch hour. I carried out, but the restaurant looked clean from what I observed. I will definitely go back!
