We had a storm water issue that was caused by neighboring construction that was causing flooding issues on our property. We contacted them and they sent a representative out to access the situation. They very quickly worked us into their schedule to add curb and guttering, a storm drain and some asphalt to completely eliminate our issue. They even came by after a hard storm after the fact to follow up and make sure our issue was fixed. We couldn't ask for better service.
Honestly never had a bad experience on a phone call with them. Always very helpful and kind.
The employees for the City of Harrisonburg work very hard at keeping our town in excellent shape
