Friendly City Inn

We had a lovely stay at Friendly City Inn bed and breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a TV that made it feel like home. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again.

Found this gem while on a road trip for Christmas. The mansion is beautiful and charming, and Becca was a great host. Our room was perfect and comfortable. We walked into town and had a ton of options for dinner at unique local spots. Becca made us an awesome breakfast before we hit the road. We're grateful we found this Inn and are already looking forward to coming back for a longer stay.

The Friendly City Inn was the perfect location for us to break our trip! We stayed twice - going and coming! The Inn is beautifully furnished, beds are very comfortable, the rooms (with private baths) include temperature control, ceiling fans, blackout curtains, WiFi, and cable TV. Kyle, the Innkeeper, met us upon arrival, with fresh from the oven cookies! A quick tour of the property and we were shown to our room. Kyle gave good recommendations for dinner, and easy walking directions. We slept well, there was delicious fresh coffee in the morning, before breakfast and during. Our meals (two different breakfasts) were fresh, hot, and scrumptious. The Inn and property are very well maintained, clean, comfortable, and owners and innkeepers very friendly and welcoming. We stayed at this Bed and Breakfast for two nights. It is a very clean, well maintained home. Perks we appreciated: bottled water and beverages ( hot and cold) 24/7, filling/delicious/well presented breakfasts that started as early as 8 a.m. (we appreciated eating on the earlier side), good coffee, nice sheets and towels (plus extra pillows and blankets in room), bathroom glasses, location, talking with Becca (owner) and Kyle (lives on site, excellent communicator with stellar personality and people skills),extra tray table in room, peacefulness of the place overall and ease of checkout. We love Friendly City Inn. It has the best breakfast in town. The owners, innkeeper, and staff are so welcoming and friendly. We live in the area but still "getaway" to the inn because of the beautiful space, breakfast, and proximity to downtown.
