Only fast food place in town seems like their ice cream is always to frozen for them to scoop to make shakes this is my 3rd encounter with it. There customer service needs work maybe my rating will change if something is done
I went through the drive thru today at the Tarheel location for lunch. Ariana was working the window. She saved me a little money revising my ordering which was greatly appreciated. She had a great personality and put her customers first. I just want to make sure she is recognized for doing a great job and make sure she knows how much she is appreciated. Great job Ariana.. Thank you again.
Customer service was AMAZING, the young lady I can't remember her name. Beautiful personality she's expecting, and glowing all over with charisma
Team member at the drive thru not very enthusiastic. My sausage biscuit just fell apart when I picked it up and it tasted doughy. Not good.
The manager name Tina got her dedicated employees working with out childcare so she . Made her work with the child there it's a lot of favoritism I'm willing to go to the BBB karma is you have to treat people fair on with God how you would wanna be treat I need the owner number
