Hardee's

I ordered a jumbo hot dog. I love them but these were the worst. Nothing but a bun, hot dog, and chili. No mustard, no onions. I know they under new management but maybe new management need to confer with old management bc I have seen many more complaints from people on fb. I have gotten breakfast a couple times and it is not good as it use to be. The biscuit wasn’t cook all the way. I was my way to work so I couldn’t go back. So I don’t stop there anymore.

It’s 555 pm. Pulled. In parking spot to go in and grab supper otw home. Employee watched me getting out of car to come spray the area at door and nicely locked door in my face! RUDE! Enjoy someone else’s business. Won’t be getting mine again!

Undercooked hashbrowns and a frisco breakfast sandwich that isn't even attempted to be toasted. This is the food you get almost every single time you go here. It use to be good, several years ago. Now it is just worse and worse. I've worked these types of jobs, but I at least took pride in it. Your employees clearly don't care. The food sucks. Need to fire them all and get some people who care. Or shut the business down.

I waited in the drive thru over 20mins got my food and the fries were old and the Nashville Sandwich was a plain old chicken patty. I had to leave work and come back for a replacement.

Horrible! This was my worst experience from any Hardee’s. I asked for a Superstar Combo NO ketchup with diet Dr Pepper. Simple. I was told they don’t use ketchup-( I’ve had them before and I know they use ketchup which is why I asked for None). So .. I said well it looks like ketchup in the picture. She said I know it looks like it, but we don’t use ketchup. I said OK. So what I got from my order was a large cup completely filled With crushed ice so high they could barely get the lid on, and there was barely any liquid in it, and it didn’t even taste like anything much less DietDr Pepper. So I barely had anything to drink. The fries were hot and fresh however it tasted bad because they used old oil so I couldn’t eat those. The burger was not the double burger that I ordered.
