Sub Station II

I didn't actually eat the food, it was bought for a friend. Im just rating because the customer service was great and you dont get great customer service often in today's world. If you are in the St. Matthews South Carolina are and need a sub stop by the ladies will get you right.

I ordered a sub from there and I noticed a roach crawling on the walls I don’t really eat from places like this with roaches but I was told the food was good and made in front of you other then that the sub was good the customer service was excellent they greeted me when I walked in but my only issue was the roach sorry

I Love this place. I go here just about every day and order the #19 special, #19 salad, and their mild wings, which are excellent. Thanks, St. Matthews, SC Substation 2 team. See you all soon.

First time visiting this location. The establishment is old and a little worn down, but not the least bit dirty. There were only 2 people working, so it was expected that the service would be a little slow since they have a window area as well. The food was good, though, and fresh. All of the meat and cheeses sliced right in front of you. Other than the service being a little slow and the building needing updating, this establishment was a good lunch spot.

My family and I have been coming here for many years. I don’t know what it is, but of all the sub options out there, Sub Station II has the very best in my opinion. With fresh sliced meats, fresh veggies, great customer service every time, and plenty of different food options, you can’t beat it. Hats off to the owner (Troy Hood) and staff for a great operation. If you haven’t tried it, you should!!!!
