Hardee's

An excellent place. Real ice cream. You can't go wrong with the curly fries! These soft, slightly spicy blend of paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper is NOT over the top. It is in the middle of your taste 😋 buds delight! All around, the have Great Burgers!! My favorite is the Mushroom Swiss. Cost is what you would expect. $16 to $19 dollars (depending on what you purchase) is NOT too terrible. They bring the tray to your (clean) table! Bathroom was clean as well. Plenty of space so you're NOT talking over others.

Karisa in the shawano location is AMAZING!!! Everytime I come there she is so over the top on customer service skills with a bright personality! She brings me back everytime! She deserves a raise!

I haven't ate at any Hardee's in many years. Now I know why. Ordered a biscuit and gravy. The gravy was watery, had a vague metallic taste. Yuck. Won't be back.

This morning I went through the drive-thru and the screen showed that my meal was $8.49. When I got to the window, however, I was told my total was $10.22. That’s nearly a $2 difference, which is clearly not just taxes. When I asked about the discrepancy, the staff explained that the board had not been updated with the correct pricing. I find this very concerning. As a customer, I expect the prices shown on the menu and order screen to be accurate. Having this kind of price difference feels misleading and unprofessional. I would appreciate clarification on why the prices have not been updated and what steps are being taken to correct this issue.

I asked for light ice in my lemonade so I guess that means fill up the whole cup also the food tasted horrible like it had been out for days straight it made me throw up
