Hardee's

Ordered food inside, got my drink but not my food (sausage biscuit combo). While I was waiting, a very large group came in. At least 3 people had ordered the same thing I did and got their food before me. When I told the lady taking orders that I hadn’t received mine, she was very rude and almost combative. Would not recommend going inside, 2nd time someone has been rude at the counter (had been a few months since I went inside so thought it wouldn’t be as hostile).

Nothing but disappointment from this location every single time. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but it occurs every visit. Anything from rude employees, old stale cold food, incorrectly made food. Have ordered Frisco Burgers recent and got a end piece of bread, and not even toasted like the picture shows. But tonight we received chicken tenders the size of chicken nuggets. Picture will be attached. Someone really needs to do their job and look into this place before they run it of business.

They are out of items menu items, an issue I've noticed only at other Hardees. If you're flexible, that's not an issue. They have mentioned they are understaffed. The service and friendliness is not over-the-top super but they young employees were apologetic for the wait (I waited 10 minutes after paying to get my food). The new macaroni and cheese is just ok. The chicken waffle sandwich is actually pretty good and their fries are between Mcdonalds 5 stars and Wendy's 2 stars.

Everything about the rustburg hardees meets the standards of the way hardees used to be. The management honored the rise and shine mug and filled it for free. The food is amazing and the staff are friendly and personable, make sure you stop by!

Ordered on the app and gave staff plenty of time to complete order. I work in food service and I know how frustrating the job can be. However, when my husband went to pick the order up (he didn’t know what I had ordered as the items were a surprise for him) we were missing two medium drinks. He went back and picked them up with no pushback from staff (which is great) when he walked in he did not get greeted even though an employee was mopping and saw he needed help she did not stop her tasking to help him. Another employee helped him and gave him the drinks. They apologized and said “this happens a lot here im very sorry” so it’s obviously not a staff issue and it’s a management issue. Upon returning home we discovered that we also did not receive the honey mustard cups we paid extra for.
