Hardee's

Kelly always is nice and courteous and she always has great customer service. Kelly always greets me with a smile! Thank you Hardee’s for having Kelly make everyone’s day especially mine!

Kelly, GM, was very professional and very friendly. We had a great conversation. I told her out of all the Hardees in the QC, 38th street is my favorite. I feel their quality and the way they make their food is as it should be (not thrown together where the sandwich falls apart). I only ever get biscuits and gravy from Hardee’s. I also get the sausage, egg and cheese biscuits. I don’t know what sausage you use, but it has great flavor! Side note: I miss my coupons. I haven’t gotten any since December.

Lance and Kelly were running the entire lunch operation like a well oiled machine today when we stopped in. Both friendly and courteous. Excellent delivery of their food options and our meals were great! The Frisco Burger was delicious and everything was better than expected from taste to appearance. Kudos to such a great team!

Just ate here again this morning. Kyle again was extremely polite and helpful. The quality of his food and service shows he has been here almost 20 years. He deserves recognition. .... edit :Kyle is always polite and does not rush my order. I look forward to seeing his face when I eat there. He truly is the backbone of that store and deserves all the recognition he can. We need more customer service employees like him everywhere.

Kelly/Joe/Lance if I could give them a 1000 ⭐️ I would! Very respectful/very customer focused. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Food was fresh AS ALWAYS!! , inside and outside of store was very clean. They take great pride in their work/customers. I would recommend this HARDEES to anyone. Keep up the great work!
