Ordered a mobile order and it was seamless to pick up. They are always friendly and the food is good.
Ordered thru Doordash, the ordering was great, didn't have any problems with ordering my food. When we finally got our food, both burgers were gross. The Frisco burger was wrapped in plain white bread, wasn't even toasted, and the mushroom Swiss burger bud was stale. I ordered two combos with fries and a drink. Didn't get our large fries, instead they sent 2 things of kids meal apple sauce. The whole experience was not good at all.
I would only give a 1/2 star review.\n I ordered 2 hot dogs with just chili and onion and I get the 2 hot dogs loaded with mustard. I don't eat mustard. Why would I say put mustard on a hot dog? AND WHEN YOU TRY TO CALL THEM TEN TIMES THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE
Fries and chicken sandwich were very greasy and a bit cold. No napkins given in drive thru and large cups leaked. Burger King is much better...wish we still had one in fairlawn
Charged for extra that I wasn't given. Chicken was delicious, at least the one I got was, but 9 dollars for half an order isn't worth it
