Brittany oversees a great restaurant. Friendly service. Gracie and Calista are very friendly and helpful. Joe is great in the kitchen. Great place to start the day. And they always have the best unsweetened tea and the best biscuits made by Cat.

Terrible waited almost 15 minutes and this is what we got served all of us ended up with food droppings all over our clothes on the way to a track meet for my daughter wanna talk about embarrassing walking around with drips of food all over your clothes. They Definitely need to follow up with this it's terrible to serve someone food like this

The nice folks at Hardee’s Philippi, WV this morning asked me to hold on just a couple of minutes, as they had fresh cinnamon raisin biscuits coming out of the oven. They were delicious, thank you!

Working mornings isn’t easy on anyone, besides maybe the insane. I ALWAYS try to remain polite and understanding even when, most places I go for breakfast, make me feel like my presence is an inconvenience. That can never be said for this location. Each of the staff has always remained friendly and inviting; even when you can tell that they’re not having the best day and that goes a long way for me and my mornings. THANK YOU and keep up the good work!

We went to Hardee's in Philippi spent $13 there ask for light ice for our soda and they filled the ice completely to the top. Ask for ketchup got one pack. The sandwich was supposed to be only cheese and bacon and it had everything else on it too. Needless to say we will never be going back there.
