Hardee's

I have no idea how this place stays in business. Doesn’t matter what time of day you go, no matter who is working, they all have an attitude. Hateful, rude, lazy. You have a better chance of winning the lottery than getting your food made right. You can tell the chicken tender batter if hardly cleaned . It’s always clumped and powdery. I used to work at another Hardee’s location so I know how it’s supposed to be. It’s disgusting. Employees will literally be on their phones at the counter watching videos at full volume , and ignore you until they’re ready to acknowledge you. I’ve lived here my whole life and have only came here as a last resort. Always hopeful that MAYBE this time they’ll have different staff. MAYBE after all these years, it’s improved.. but no. Multiple times I've received almost Raw, doughy biscuits rushed out instead of made properly. Same with the sausage, barely cooked, there is every little effort put into the quality of product given to customers. I seems like they take advantage of the fact that deove through customer won't see how bad the food is they are given until they are already gone and it's too late. Order has been wrong multiple times they don't seem to listen.

Always cold. Never fresh. Terrible attitudes by staff and managers. They charge $.85 for tap water. Even if you bring your own cup. That is illegal. Tried to contact hardees corporate office in every single way. They have no number to call. Submitted complaint thru their system multiple times and still never heard anything from anyone. Pathetic

I had a very tasty sausage egg and cheese biscuit, delicious! 😋

Spicy chicken old and hard, double cheeseburger burger cheese not melted, food not hot, employees just ignore you standing there. Had to ask them to wear gloves. This location has went downhill
