Hardee's

Ms Paula was the manager on shift. I explained how the biscuits that I have gotten there over the last three weeks have been amazing. Very fresh and soft. A great improvement over the recent past. She was very friendly and accommodating. We received our order promptly. Then, the burger for lunch was exceptional! Only negative would be that I wish they still offered curly fries!

Managers name is John at this time 01/21/2026 7:20 PM I ordered a large frisco combo no mayo add mustard. I wait a rough 10 min for the food just for the burger to be packed with mustard like it's the icing for a birthday cake. Fries are as cold as they can possibly get. Afterwards I call 3 different times just for ole manager John to act like he can't hear me. I worked fast food for 2 years y'all are unacceptable.

i'm totally a hardees person now food has been great since mrs paula has started managing i place my order and its always right now. since she has took over service is 100% better if you have any problems she gets them sorted quickly. i recommend everyone try it mrs paula is the best manager this place has ever had.

Awesome Service! The three ladies in the front were respectful and very helpful. I ask who was in charge and she said she was in Training for shift lead. Beverly is her name . She is doing wonderful! Keep up the good work!

All the employees at the Hamilton Alabama store are very nice and the manager is great. She helps me with my app and always has time to do that. Miss Paula runs a tight ship.
