Elder's Tacos & Steaks

Our server/ manager was Jordan, he was great! Great attitude great conversation. The food was awsome! We got the cheese sticks and the red and green chilaquiles. We also got a frre sample of a new item on their menu, the fish tacos made with tilapia, they were really good! Lots of food! And the flavor was so good. The salsa were all good too. Our favorite was the chipotle and the Habanero. Overall, great experience! We are from Tupelo Mississippi and we will be back soon!

Went the 1st time and got a great steak. Very well cooked and seasoned perfect. Went back a 2nd time to see if it was a fluke (you know how steak places can be) nope just as good as the 1st time. Back for my 3rd trip tonight

This little gem of an eatery would be absolutely packed every Friday and Saturday night if it were in a college town. I ordered the hot dog, taco salad, and wings. The hot bun was too thick but ok otherwise. The wings were a bit small but perfectly crunchy. Last, but not least, was the taco salad: a bit small but delicious. It was certainly reminiscent of a flavor from a popular taco chain that used to serve real food forty years ago. The only real negative I encountered was the seating with those awful metal chairs. Fortunately, half booths were available.

Outstanding food! I got to try a little of everything, and at the end, they gave all the plates to the local shelter. Delicious food and big hearts. The staff was super awesome and friendly. The location is interesting. I love the random quotes and art. Locally owned and operated, and doing an excellent job at it. I don't know what I enjoyed the most. The quesadilla got eaten on the way to the shelter. Once there, I got to try some of the burgers, and the steak, while cold, was still very good, tender, and great flavor. Wonderful experience and it is always a plus to see places give back to the community. You created lots of smiles. And full bellies. God bless you for being so kind. I stopped by Elder’s on my way through Hamilton recently, and wow was I impressed. Our waitress was very kind and accommodating, the carnitas street tacos I had were unbelievable, and the vibe was really great. I can’t recommend you visit this gem tucked away in lovely downtown Hamilton enough!
