Harbor Custard & Provisions

Service was average. The real issue was the sizes and amount served with those sizes. We wanted a large quantity to bring back to a group, and the largest quantity they offer is a pint. That would be fine if the amount of custard they scooped into seven $9 pints of custard wasn’t ABYSMAL. As the image below shows, they filled none of them to the top of the container, and the amounts were inconsistent and they completely took advantage of us as customers.

Friendly service, delicious custard and gelato, prices typical for the area. The cherry turnovers are also very tasty. Our family really enjoys stopping in here when we're in Baileys Harbor!

Beautiful little spot! Not sure why the reviews are negative! Delicious flavor’s and kind staff when it’s busy! Great choice for gelato. I got the pistachio and My partner got their fig something? I think it was a special flavor We couldn’t decide whos was better! Awesome. Can’t go wrong

Amazing gelato! The staff is super friendly and nice. The girl, I think her name was Stacy, was really good at explaining stuff despite the huge amount of people in the shop. A lot of gelato flavours and homemade custard!

We came in to try the gelato and the young lady behind the counter knew her stuff,and probably how to get a work permit! I had the dog and was tag teaming with my husband for flavors. It was so good and a lovely end to a Bailey's Harbor stroll. Give these gals a try. They are onto something.
