Hanson Hill Waterfront Grill

Stopped here on a Sunday fun day after having it recommended by a friend. Had the steak, broccolini, and swapped the potatoes for Brussel sprouts. It was excellent. Best broccolini I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The brussel sprouts were top 5. The steak was the best I’ve had in Whitehall. For $29 plus the up charge for the sprouts it was a fantastic meal. Definitely will come back. Service was good and not intrusive, view was great, and I’m glad the place seems to have competent owners now.

Great restaurant run by awesome people and serving delicious food. Burgers were phenomenal, fantastic cheese curds, and perfect homemade pumpkin pie. Everyone went out of their way to help male our visit a great one. Also, lunch prices were very reasonable.

Hanson Hill Waterfront Grill is an excellent spot! The service is professional and friendly, and the cocktails are top-notch. The food is just as impressive—especially the onion rings and bang bang shrimp, both of which are a must-try. With the great atmosphere by the water, this place never disappoints. Highly recommend!

Food: Fried Perch $30 and Chef Burger $14. The food was incredibly flavorless. I remarked on how my mouth didn't taste any different from before I ate. The burger was just clearly plain ground beef. The perch, and egg wash and flour. No salt or pepper added. Service: There was 1 server attending to 6 or 7 tables when we arrived. 330pm on Saturday. She was doing her best and bussing tables herself. But no reason to only have 1 person on your dining floor. Atmosphere: The "view" is pretty limited depending on where your sitting and it's mostly of the marsh anyways. Nothing really to write home about.
