BIGGBY COFFEE

I came in the other day and my wife and I ordered two lattes. Pretty sure it was the manager and assistant manager if I were to guess that was working, and the one on drinks was being extremely rude to My wife and I. This isn’t the first time, but I just thought I would say something about it. We don’t usually come in in the mornings. In the afternoons when we come in, we get well taken care of! Won’t be coming back here in the mornings.

I love BIGGBY but it’s unrealistic to limit one transaction per vehicle in the drive through and I’ve not experienced that at other locations. I would however like to thank you for giving us the opportunity to try Colby’s Café & Brew! Great drive through service that accepts multiple transactions per vehicle, locally owned and operated as well, and is appreciative of the tips they receive without having to ask for them. Thanks BIGGBY Whitehall crew! We will def be returning to Colby’s Café & Brew.

They were nice and the coffee is great! But they ask at the drive through if you want to leave a tip, it’s not very professional and makes you feel like you have too.

Great store. Great staff. We had a mistake with a drink, they fixed it immediately and let us keep the other drink.

They are so polite and trying to make a living! Some people out there think it's ok to not tip at all and that's messed up, if you were served, tip and if you have a complaint I'm sure if your reasonable about how you bring it up, you will get a reasonable response but if you having a bad morning don't bring others down with you. I think they do a great job of servicing the locals and continuing to have my repeat business!
