Hangry's Stateline

What a great place to eat! To say it in an archaic way, Hangry's Stateline is singular (or unique) in it's cozy, intimate, smallness, and it seems intentional. In this day and age when it seems everything has to be big and grand and impressive, it is particularly refreshing to find a place that is none of those. Hangry's mileu invites conversation with your eating neighbors, which we did in a pleasant exchange with the newly married couple in the booth next to us. But that isn't all that Hangry's offers! The fish in our fish and chips was perfectly done, the fish tender, hot, and flaky, with the battered, tempura crust an exquisite, crunchy contrast. This quaint little food spot is worth the try. I enjoyed it. I love finding new breakfast spots as its my favorite meal. I was the only person there for a while. Which is strange becasue the food was fresh well made and had really good flavor. There were a few door dash orders while I was there. They also make some salsa that were very tasty on my scrambled eggs. The biscuits and gravy were definitely home made tasting. The server kept my coffee hit and full. I recommend trying Hangrys. I will definitely return.

Love the pulled pork grilled cheese sandwich!! Highly recommend. You really can’t go wrong with anything here. All great diner comfort food. Very small dining area, but never have had trouble getting a seat when we go. Good service.

I stopped to eat here while I was on Post Falls for a wrestling tournament with my daughter. Although the place was small with limited room and one man waiter and one man cool, the service was outstanding. The food. Was fairly priced and it was delicious. I would definitely return for some more. The waiter, and I believe the owner, was great and very friendly. Definitely recommend eating breakfast there. I also enjoyed the decor. Overall, I think the establishment was great, service was great and the food was great!

The atmosphere at this little diner restaurant is just awesome!!! It kinda feels like you are back in time when businesses cared and service to their customers is priority 1! The fish and chips were amazing! Huge pieces of Cod and the Tartar sauce was probably the best I’ve had next to my grandmas! My husband’s burger was cooked to order and he loved it also!
