Hangar of West Springfield

Service is a little strange. There was a surly person near the door when we walked in but they didn't greet us. We asked if we should seat ourselves and they looked up from their phone and said yes. The food is solid. You know what to expect at this point from the Hangar. Our server was great but the people in the booth next to us waited a very long time for their server to even acknowledge them.

A- Freaking-Mazing!!!!! We had the Fried Chicken sandwich (regular). It was flavorful, thick and not greasy being it was a fried chicken sandwich. The brioche bun took it over the top. In my husband's words "Ok Hangar, you get another twirl"

Was very interested to try this location out, was very disappointed when we visited in January. Service quality was very spotty, our server seemed very green to working in a restaurant. The food tasted like pre-fab generic bar food, only tried appetizers though. Wings very expensive. My cocktail was great, only saving grace for the visit. There was blaring pop latin music, we had trouble having a conversation with friends. Manager seemed to hid desk by entrance.

We had the fried chicken sandwich. Absolutely full of flavor, reasonably priced and does the job on fullfilment
