Customer Reviews
This was one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. I placed a takeout order at 5:51 PM, received email confirmation, and was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. I arrived at the scheduled time, waited 20 minutes, and was then given the wrong order. I had already called ahead to confirm my order was in the system, so this was extremely frustrating. I informed the staff and they said they would correct it, but after that there was no communication at all. I waited over an hour with no updates. When I finally asked if my order had even been started, no one could give me an answer. Eventually, a hostess handed me a bag to-go. I paid $110, only to return to my hotel and discover my order was again wrong. I ordered: • NY Strip with parmesan fries • Filet steak and f
Nice old fashioned saloon, nice atmosphere and friendly service. The food was good and very generous but I'm not sure the value for price was right..for that price I would expect a nicer piece of meat. Thank you
Took a day trip to Pendleton and ended coming across this hidden gem. Been through town a dozen times and never heard of it before. A true western treasure. I had the smash burger with fries and my wife had the salmon salad. Both entrees were cooked to perfection and tasted fantastic. The fries were perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of crunch. I had the Hamley’s beer on tap and my wife had a drink called the sagebrush. Both were the perfect drinks for our order. We visited on the day of the Christmas Lights parade and everyone that “walked in” without reservations were stuffed in the bar area. This is the only reason for 4 for Service.
A Masterclass in Hospitality: An Unforgettable Christmas Eve If you are looking for more than just a meal—if you want an experience that feeds the soul as much as the palate—look no further. Our Christmas Eve dinner was nothing short of spectacular, largely thanks to the incredible atmosphere and the impeccable service of our host, Sasha. The Service From the moment we sat down, Sasha was a revelation. I’ll admit, I am a picky diner with a lot of questions, but Sasha handled us with effortless grace and patience. She didn't just know the menu; she felt into exactly what I was looking for. Her honesty was refreshing—when I asked about "enhancements" for the prime rib, she steered me toward a simple side of chimichurri, insisting the meat was so high-quality it didn't need "adulterating.
As a man who has logged more miles in pursuit of a proper slice of medium-rare prime rib than most people have on their pickup trucks, I take steak pretty seriously. So naturally, I had to give Hamley’s Steakhouse and Saloon a try. The place has the right look — rustic charm, saloon vibes, the kind of spot where you expect a cowboy to walk in, tip his hat, and order something that was grazing earlier that afternoon. My hopes were high. Unfortunately, the prime rib didn’t quite ride into town the way I hoped. It wasn’t terrible… but it also wasn’t the life-changing, trail-stopping slab of beef that a traveling steak pilgrim dreams about. The seasoning was a little shy, the flavor didn’t quite sing, and the whole experience landed squarely in the “well, that was fine I guess” category. An
