Hamachi Sushi Bar Lehi

Pretty good sushi spot in the Lehi area. The fish is very fresh and the service was very quick. It’s a bit dead at night, but it’s very busy at lunch time. Really like all the options and I’m hoping to go back for more roll options. But the fish is very fresh.

We had a large group, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating from the moment we walked in. They made sure we had everything we needed and created a great dining experience for our entire party. The menu had a fantastic selection, with plenty of unique and creative sushi rolls to choose from. It was exciting to see so many interesting combinations, and everything we tried was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. We ordered a variety of rolls, and despite our large order, they arrived impressively fast—fresh, well-prepared, and absolutely delicious! If you’re looking for recommendations, I highly suggest trying the Kill Bill, Volcano, Sunset, and Cobra Kai rolls. Hands down the best sushi I’ve ever had. The fish is incredibly fresh every single time — you can truly taste the quality. Everything is beautifully presented and melts in your mouth. The attention to detail, flavor combinations, and overall experience are unmatched. If you love sushi, this place is a must. I recommend it to everyone I know!

It's good, but not worth the cost. The sushi is good quality and the fish is fresh, but there isn't much variety in the available rolls and none of them really stand out as above average. The tonkatsu ramen is good, the noodles are tactile and tasty. My biggest gripe is no smaller portions or kid menu - there were a decent number of children in the restaurant when we went, and all of them were eating a giant portion of something.

Amazing sushi! The rolls we got were Sunset, Tiger, Kill Bill, Executive and Joker. All were 10/10
