Welcome to the Halfway Diner on 14 Mile Rd in Rockford Michigan! stepping into the place reminded me of beloved diners i would find in northern Michigan… you can see its kinda slapped together BUT that added a lot of charm. the staff was great and they are known for great breakfasts so i got 2 eggs over easy, crispy bacon with crispy hash browns topped with onions and a side of sausage gravy. i chased it all with an orange juice. everything was cooked perfectly and delicious… and filling. well worth the visit. i’ll be back

​I have driven past the Halfway Diner countless times on trips back home to visit my parents. I’ve always been curious about it, so I finally made a point to stop in during a recent trip with a friend. I was pleasantly surprised and honestly thrilled with the meal! ​We were seated and served incredibly fast. I ordered the Country Omelette, which came covered in gravy (delicious!) and a side of their country potatoes, which were fantastic. My friend got the Corned Beef Hash plate and said it was amazing. ​Beyond the quality, the portions are generously large—you definitely won't leave hungry. I also noticed they have great daily specials and a massive dessert menu. We were too stuffed to try the sweets this time, but I’ll definitely be back for them. Breakfast homemade bread and jam. Everything was perfect. Grandma‘s potato pancakes, old school cooking busy a little bit of a wait well worth it. seen Biscuits and gravy came in a massive bowl trying next time ASAP
