Love having a new healthy option in Rockford! So far we have tried the “make it a wrap” wrap and the vanilla sky smoothie. Both were so good! We can’t wait to try more items on the menu.

Their smoothies are delicious and the gf waffles! Love how everything besides their wraps are gluten free and celiac safe. Highly recommend and can’t wait to try what else they have to offer!

We've visited the past two Friday nights and are genuinely excited to have another option in Rockford for fresh, healthy food — especially with so many gluten-free choices available. That said, our experiences so far have been a bit disappointing. There really needs to be more presence from management. It’s frustrating that eateries like this don’t stay open later to serve the dinner crowd. Many families in the area don’t have time to cook, and getting there by 6 p.m. is tough. While this spot is open until 7 (which is better than the other similar eatery), it’s been super busy around that time — and both times we’ve gone, they were already out of many food items. This place is taking all my money! I've had the vanilla sky smoothie, presto pesto wrap, and the brownie oat bowl. All were so delicious and fresh!

Quality healthy food, reasonable prices, and great service. To quote my wife, "there's definitely love in this food." Between me, my wife, and our 10yr old daughter, the make-your-own bowl, avocado toast, and waffle were all excellent. This is our new favorite eatery in downtown Rockford.
